Our origins are in the trading sector, where we built a core team of outstanding technical and software professionals. Our reputation grew from our ability to create advanced, secure technical solutions and accelerate quality software delivery for our clients.
Clients were soon asking us to help them find technical talent of the same exceptional quality. By 2010, we were building sustainable and diverse technical teams to drive their businesses forward, and delivering managed services across a wide range of enterprise technologies.
Since then, we have aligned our best resources with our clients’ time zones, specialist skills, quality and cost requirements. In that time we have developed deep experience across many industries, including financial services, healthcare, logistics, digital media, utilities, and more.

Dave Stewart is the Director of Business Development at TradeHelm, where he oversees growing revenue through the addition of strategic clients to the company portfolio. He has senior sales experience working extensively with Global 3000 companies.
Dave has served as the Business Development Manager of Magenium Solutions, the Managing Partner of Novarum Solutions, and the Executive Director of Business Development for Perficient. Prior to that he founded Genisys Consulting which he later sold to Perficient in 2004. He originally received his BS, Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
Matias Mazzucchelli is the Director of Operations at TradeHelm, where he oversees operations of the entire organization across multiple countries and timezones. He began at TradeHelm in 2012 as a Human Resources Manager and then as the Director.
Matias’s prior experience included roles in Talent Acquisition and People Development for Global Logic. W3, and Cargill. He has additional experience across multi-national companies in the IT, Digital Media, and Advertising space. Matias is fluent in Spanish and English.
Julieta Paniego is the Human Resources Lead at TradeHelm, where she drives talent acquisition and focused on building company culture to be one of the best places to work for an IT employee.
Through extensive work in IT for international corporations, Julieta is an expert in recruiting, payroll and benefits, and employee relations. She earned her degree in Labor Relations from Buenos Aires University.
Malena Garilli Garuti is our Talent Acquisition Specialist at TradeHelm. She drives all coordination between staff and clients to understand talent needs, engage in sourcing, and attract top-notch candidates.
Malena is an experienced IT recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. Prior to joining TradeHelm she was Staffing Analyst for Accenture. She studies English Translation at UADE and is currently working on her Pyschology degree at USAL.
Manuel (Manny) Montejano is the President and CEO of TradeHelm. He started in the organization as the Chief Operating Officer back in 2009 and has been driving the growth and direction of the company ever since.
Prior to TradeHelm, Manny was the Chief Technology Officer of Cars.com, the Chief Information Officer of Cole Taylor Bank, the Chief Technology Officer of Global Healthcare Exchange, and the Director of the Advanced Technology Group at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. His first jobs out of school were in the software development space with Continental Bank and Goldman Sachs. Manny has served on the boards of Illinois Technology Foundation and Lumity.
Josh Tolman is the Chief Strategy Officer of TradeHelm, where he focuses on driving and executing the company strategy as well as adding strategic accounts and partnerships. Josh was part of the original Greenline Financial Technology team that spun off TradeHelm in 2008.
Josh was most recently the Chief Technology Officer / Chief Operating Officer of an education technology company called ThinkCERCA. Prior to that, he spent ten years at Greenline progressing through roles as the Director of Software Development, the COO, and the CEO. He served as the Director of Software Developer at Global Healthcare Exchange and began his career in Deloitte Consulting. He currently serves on the board of Intrinsic Schools and is a board advisor to Percent Pledge.
Diego Anfossi is the Director of Client Delivery at TradeHelm, where he oversees all client teams to ensure the highest quality of delivery every time. He has been with TradeHelm on and off since 2010, where he began as a project leader working across multiple strategic clients.
Prior to his work at TradeHelm, Diego has spent the last 25 years driving cross industry client delivery. He served multiple roles at the Mercado Abierto Electronico both as a Developer, a Project Management Director and the IT Deputy Manager. He started his career as a developer Ecadat and Phillip Morris. Diego current volunteers as an IT Advisor for Complex Biological Systems Alliance.
