Manny’s career launched in the mid-1980s as the technical revolution gained momentum. A computer science degree from Northern Illinois University led to challenging positions with IBM Global Services, The Clearing Corporation, Goldman Sachs and CME Group. He moved on to serve as Chief Technology Officer for Global Healthcare Exchange near Boulder, Colorado and later, CTO for Cole Taylor Bank. Before assuming a leadership role with TradeHelm, he served as CTO of Cars.com, aligning the company’s IT strategy with its ambitious business plan.
Manny is known for his unparalleled ability to develop a clear, comprehensive view of each company’s unique talent needs and to create a precise search strategy to fulfill them.
With equally balanced skills in technical and business administration, Jennifer directs all day-to-day activities of TradeHelm's talent centers as well as our recruiting, HR, accounting and finance operations.
Jennifer took control of all business affairs for TradeHelm in 2008 and assumed her current role when she moved to Buenos Aires in 2010. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a professional MBA from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma.
Jennifer's technical abilities give her a direct understanding of the qualities and skills that TradeHelm candidates must bring to the table. She is an integral part of the total recruitment process that fuels our success.
Prior to joining TradeHelm, Matias directed the human resources initiatives of leading companies in IT, digital media and advertising, working to attract and retain the top talent driving their growth. He now brings the full complement of his experience to the table in designing custom talent solutions for TradeHelm clients, who value his strong communication skills, creative thinking and extensive professional network within the IT, digital media, financial, advertising, design and telecommunications industries.
Matias earned his degree in human resources from the Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires in 2005. He is a citizen of Argentina and Europe, fluent in Spanish and English with a keen sense of what it takes to recruit, manage, train and develop the candidates you need to expand your technical capabilities.
Dave has a clear grasp of the challenges that TradeHelm clients face because he’s been there himself. Prior to joining TradeHelm, he directed major IT projects for Cars.com, moving on to create the company’s first Vendor Management Office. He and his team planned and implemented successful staff augmentation strategies, choosing and managing technical vendors across the globe. Dave has traveled extensively throughout China, India and Argentina, gaining the first-hand experience that has proven invaluable in his current role.
Dave earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree in computer information systems from DePaul University. He is ready to work as your partner in finding the right near-shore talent to expand your mission-critical work teams.
Dave’s work with TradeHelm clients reflects the unique perspectives he developed as the founder of Genisys Consulting, which he grew from three employees to a team of 100+. When Genisys was acquired by Perficient in 2004, he served as the company’s Executive Director of Business Development, greatly expanding its global client base before joining TradeHelm in 2015.
Dave’s degree in computer science from Northern Illinois University and his years as a successful developer with the Chicago Board of Trade Clearing Corporation and Greenbrier & Russel give him a keen grasp of the work performed by technical teams and the ability to align candidates’ abilities with specific client needs.
