ThinkCERCA was an early stage company with limited development resources and funding. Therefore, they needed a cost-effective way to scale and compete with other edtech companies. Their goal was to build an intuitive SAAS platform for multiple audiences: teachers, students, and principals, but they lacked time for resources to learn their business and the technology stack. To do so, we added Ember.js and React.js developers to their team to build out an evolved teacher lesson library and grading experience. Additionally, Ruby on Rails developers helped create a new content management system. Even a business analyst and a few quality assurance resources were staffed to round out an autonomous team. To help the team members ramp up quickly, they participated in accelerated onboarding in education through training and on-site visits to Chicago.
